Before you enter our Real Estate Section of the website, we want to make the following disclosure:

The Services of Financial Strategies, Inc., an Arizona corporation, include everything BUT real estate sales services.  Real estate sales services, including listing for rental or for sale any estate home (once it is legally cleared to be listed) are provided separately by Arizona's premier real estate brokerage company -- Realty One Group.

Financial Strategies, Inc. and Realty One Group are therefore, separate firms providing distinctly separate services to all estate managers. Multiple company service providers are used solely so that one advisor can help you co-ordinate all of the steps in the estate settlement process, including listing and selling the estate home or homes and other properties when necessary.
